Lessons are never learned! Even with all the historical documents from the 1920's, we are repeating the exact same behaviors that drove us into the Great Depression! Now well into The Great Recession, will we repeat the mistakes of the past or blaze into new paths for the future? My guess is we will repeat the mistakes of the past. Sorry I can't be a tad more optimistic.

With Seven Hundred Trillion Dollars in credit default swaps floating around out there, as the basis of our wealth, what would we do if they all cascaded into default? Even the country of Russia has proven that a large nation can default on it's bonds and no one can help them bail out that loss. Japan is currently struggling because their national debt is equivalent now to their annual gross national product!

With our economy now based on casino gambling on Wall Street, and in the Banks, as they are the ones who hold most of the credit default swaps, how soon will it be before the luck runs out?

Japan might be the next country, after Russia, to show us.

The Third World War will likely occur around 2020 as at that point economies will be breaking and the National Treasury of many countries will be collapsing. China will go belly up because we went belly up because Japan went belly up. The perfect trifecta for a World War.

Real wealth used to be held in gold and Real Estate. It still is on a small level, but let me give you some perspective. The entire real estate value of New Hampshire, when I was a kid, was fifteen billion dollars. Compare that to seven hundred trillion in credit default swaps, and you'll see that the entire real estate value of the United States isn't even seven hundred trillion!

We used to focus on Fort Knox and the national wealth of gold it contains. Does it even still exist? Has all the gold been sold off? How much gold is still in there? In the old days, countries made transactions in gold. Now what do they trade with us, credit default swaps, stocks, and derivatives? A pile a paper that can become valueless in an instant.

So my message is the new generation should focus on building a country of real wealth, were we have real jobs that make great things for our lives, not more mathematics on paper. We must build great things, and once again, accumulate real wealth. We'll see what happens.

Is The Recession Over?

Of Course, Wall Street has announced that the Recession is over! I guess it is for them. It probably never even appeared on their horizon because they just make up their net worth, but for the rest of America, things are going to get worse.

History repeats itself constantly. You are fooling yourself if you think it doesn't. Just like the stock market crash of 1929, the stock market crash of 2009, (which was predicted to occur by experts like Harry S. Dent because it is part of the natural 80 year economic cycle) is just the beginning of the next Great Depression. It will not be as bad this time, because the government learned and now knows it has to spend our way out of this depression.

Just like in 1929 though, that was just the beginning of the depression. The bottom of the valley floor came along in 1933, four years later. We will see a similar drop in the economy, which will hit bottom at the prophetic end of civilization, December 21, 2012. It's spooky, but actually, it's a mathematically predicted model.

My mother worked for the CIA after she graduated from college, and she and my father even met in Washington D.C. My mother said there were forces other than the federal government that control the world and make most things happen. She was right, but I doubt she knew about credit default swaps and derivatives.

The current estimated derivatives market is 595 Trillion Dollars. That figure is correct. Five Hundred and Ninety Five Trillion Dollars, with a "T". That is equivalent to the American Gross National Product for the next Forty Two Years. It is also equivalent to the World Gross Product for the next Eight and a Half Years. That means that if these fabricated currencies defaulted, and they almost did, it would take all of America forty two years to cover the loss.

I think it is outrageous that our government even allows such artificial wealth to exist. A smaller, but more obvious example is the stock market. In the late nineties, there were computer software companies doing six hundred thousand dollars a year in business (equal to the average 7-11) that had a Billion Dollar Stock value on Wall Street. Is that real value, or just a fabrication? It is obviously a fabrication. And an outright lie.

I find it disturbing that the news media gives the Dow Jones Industrial Average on television every night because that, in itself, is part of the "Pump and Dump" hype cycle that the stock market thrives on. We are entering late October, so I recommend you sell your stocks now. The pump and dump cycle can be summed up with the phrase: "Buy in May, sell in October." Get out now, watch the market crash again in the spring, and then buy low again in May. I hope this insider information helps you.

The Wing And The Wave

With daily news about the economy, the question becomes, "What lies ahead?" Well, a certain amount of "shakeout" is on the horizon, which in the short term may make things look glum, but in the long term, we are entering a five thousand year cycle of global prosperity the likes of which mankind has never seen before.

The Egyptian mega city of Cairo achieved revolutionary domination in progress five thousand years ago, in 3000BC. They did it with two simple tools. The pencil and the wheel. The pencil, and it's variations, produced the written language so that complex information could be stored and transmitted to other people. The wheel, and it's variations, produced the capacity for transporting people and large and useful goods around Egypt and around the world.

We have come a long way in five thousand years, but fundamentally, we have not progressed until now. The two new inventions that will carry us for the next five thousand years are The Wing and The Wave. The wing, and it's variations, will make most all transportation aeronautical, with autoplanes (like the Ikeler4000) replacing our automobiles. This will bring about an exponential increase in the speed and efficiency with which people and goods move around the world. We already have this today to some extent with commercial airlines, but the future will advance aviation technologies like you can't imagine.

The last Great Depression occurred exactly 80 years ago. Wonder why the economy is so bad now? It is because the fundamental trends that drive our economy work on an eighty year cycle. You might think "How can time be a factor in our economy?" It is and it is inter-related with human demographics, life cycles, and technological innovations.

In the "Roaring Twenties," the economy was driven by automotive advancement, telephone technologies, and electricity being brought into every home. In the "Roaring Nineties," computers, the internet, and cell phone technologies drove the economy. Wonder what the next eighty years will be driven by? Seeing The Unseen

In my years of business and practice management consulting, I came across the phrase, "In the land of the blind, the sighted man is king." I really got what it meant as I often times wondered why people don't see things or get problems that are right in front of their faces. My favorite experience in the land of the blind was one time in veterinary college. We were given the assignment of figuring out how to differentiate the third, fourth, and fifth cervical vertebrae in a cow. The amazing part is the anatomy specimen was right there in front of everyone and we had unlimited access to it. To my surprise, I was the only one out of 120 students to solve the problem!

The transverse processes of the vertebrae get broader as they go from third, to fourth, to fifth. Even the professor asked me how I figured it out. I said I just used "objective observation", a fancy way of saying I looked at it. There weren't any awards or prizes given out for solving this problem, but it did change the way my classmates looked at me! Their lens of perception had been changed.

My own lens of perception is already changed and has probably been different from the start. When I took flight instruction, I noticed my classmates were completely focused on how to fly the airplane. I was focused on how the airplane could be made better and actually have some utility, other than being able to fly to another airport on Sundays to get a hamburger at the other airport's restaurant.

Seeing the unseen is the core innovation strategy that has brought the Ikeler4000 to it's present state of development. Completion and future innovations will make it even change the world of tomorrow!

The Ultimate AdCar AdSpace

Even in the earliest conceptions of the Ikeler4000, I knew I wanted it to be an AdCar. I was fascinated by the number of visual impressions a typical AdCar receives in a month (750,000) and knew this should be a part of our advertising, sponsorship, and promotion of the aircraft. Unfortunately, I was paying a lot of money to "Marketing Experts" and they did not see the same benefit that I did from making the first Ikeler4000 an AdCar.

So much for high priced "expertise." They led me astray and cost me seven years of revenues this AdCar approach could have been bringing the Ikeler4000 since 2002. I went on and just used my own money to research and develop the vehicle. This new approach though, is so much more fun! Creating AdSpace on the vehicle and on it's associated web site is definitely the smart thing to do, as this new funding will get us to completion of the project! I am also getting good revenues from the monetization of the websites associated with the aircraft and my health related web sites. The plan is working and now we just need to step up the traffic.

AdCars are a form of art too. The best stand out as very memorable features of American culture. The classic Coke car still drives revenues to Coca Cola and it hasn't even driven in years. I read that Coke's success, other than the fact that it originally contained cocaine to give you that "lift" (buzz) when you drank it, was the fact that Coca Cola has spent seven percent of it's revenues each year on advertising during it's hundred year reign as the world's favorite soft drink. Scalability Is Our Key To Success

Scalability of an aircraft is often times it's key to commercial success. The technology of the Ikeler4000 is such that from the first four passenger model, we can immediately follow with an eight passenger model, the Ikeler8000. From there even bus sized models, the I80, will be created because of the compactness of the wing retraction mechanism. During our initial test marketing, we were contacted by a representative from FedEx who wanted to know more about our aircraft and the uses it could employ. We told them of the scalability of our aircraft too and FedEx saw these vehicles as the next generation of their delivery trucks.
Other attempts at creating flying cars have lacked scalability, and most have been just two passenger disassembling roadable aircraft. Two passenger vehicles have a very small market and if that, combined with having to take the aircraft apart and put it back together again is all you're getting, the vehicle will not likely succeed. The best example of this is Molt Taylor's aircar that trailered it's wings and tail behind it after your spent quite a bit of time with your team taking them off. Also, utility is essential. If a vehicle can only carry two people, the family can't go and neither can your golf clubs. Not much fun there.
We also had inquiries from car dealerships around the country and in Canada wanting to be the first dealers of this new type of automobile. Corporate offers came in from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Porsche Motor Cars to purchase, license, or co-develop the technology into all of it's uses. The corporations wanted to much ownership though, as we would only consider alliances for developing and licensing of the aircraft. The Department of Defense has also met with us twice to consider advanced military versions of the aircraft being developed. They think extremely far ahead and were looking to create a self-flying version of it that could even be remotely operated. All doors are open as we move forward to bring this incredible new capability for travel to everyone.

Flying Cars have gotten a bad rap for as long as people have been trying to build them. I want to take a minute today to thank all the people who have gone before me and created this opportunity. The popular flying car design is one of vertical takeoff and landing. The commuter's dream of being able to rise straight up out of traffic and then speed through the air to their desired destination. This flight characteristic will not be available on any flying car for a long time to come, if ever. The defect in that design is what is called "Miracle upon Miracle Technologies" which rely on some miraculous technological breakthrough that can create another miraculous technological breakthrough to make your buggy fly. And hovering cars with VTOL capabilities are just that, a miracle upon a miracle. That's why we don't have any of them yet. Hover technologies are also incredibly unstable. Just take a look at a Harrier Jet. They crash more than any other type of jet and only succeed because most of the time they fly in conventional jet mode.

The real breakthrough is in succeeding within the current order. A systems thinking type of approach that uses known and proven flight technologies, like wings, flaps, and rudders, but allows for a simple, elegant and beautiful design that brings the flying car technology forward. Thus is the thesis of the Ikeler4000. A clever wing retraction mechanism combined with compact control surfaces that all stylishly fit into a six foot wide by eighteen foot long package.

It also drives like a regular car and flies like a regular airplane. No miracles, just sound and proven aviation technology.
